What’s most important to you right now?

The safety of everyone I love. Not getting my boyfriend sick and keeping my dog healthy and happy.

What was most important to you before you had to social distance/quarantine?

I was so excited about the trajectory of my career and my boyfriend's career. Things were looking really up for us, and my mental health was on the up and up. The weddings and travel that I'm missing–it's a bit heartbreaking.

What’s the first thing you’ll do when this is over?

Hug everyone I love. Even if it means traveling to get to all of them. Then I'll go on vacation haha.I'll get back on track with my career taking photos and working on writing songs. I'll probably also get a place in LA now. New York is very scary right now, and I'm craving space that just isn't available here.It won't be the same after this.

What are you doing to pass the time?

Doing this project is filling a lot of my time. There's a lot that I WANT to do. I want to be writing music and sitting in front of the TV embroidering too (I just learned how!).

What makes you happy right now?

Hearing everyone's answers to these questions. Connecting with people. My boyfriend, my dog, my family. The collective empathy of the world.

What would you tell yourself a month ago with the knowledge you have now.

Hug everyone. Tell them how much you love them. Don't be afraid of things that don't matter. Enjoy the little things. They can be taken away in an instant. I'm coming to terms with the fact that our lives are forever changed.
